Keeping up with the news on the Our Place to Paws BlogGreetings, readers, and welcome to our June issue (arriving in your box just a few days early because your editor is headed out on a long-needed vacation next week!). You’ll see right away that we’ve had some changes at Paws. The wonderful Web designer who got us started, Joe Brandt, has passed the torch to Justin Sablich, new designer extraordinaire. Visit www.ourplacetopaws.com to see some of the changes online, and more are coming! We have a new Kids’ Corner project in this issue and two feature stories: a true story about a heartwarming adoption written by one of our readers, and an interview with Animal Artist Peggy Dey, whose artwork has brought such joy to so many people who love their pets and wildlife. One question: Where are all of the dog lovers out there? I have had so many photos of cats submitted, and almost NO DOGS! Folks, we’re supposed to have a Cats vs. Dogs page and we don’t have enough dog contributors to even put it up! So please, if you’re a dog lover and want equal say, we need you at Our Place to Paws. We’re still working on ways to build our content and connect with more non-profit organizations. In the meantime:
